Our Basic package includes a rental appraisal, collecting property details, taking photographs and extensively marketing your property. We will introduce you to potential tenants, organise tenant referencing and the contract.

LET ONLY 

The traditional letting service includes a rental appraisal, collecting property details, taking photographs and extensively marketing your property. We provide accompanied viewings to find a suitable tenant, organise tenant referencing and the contract. We will collect the first months rent and the deposit.

With Our Let Only Service we give Landlords a discount on our Gas Safety Certificates and Energy Performance Certificates.

FULL MANAGEMENT

In addition to the service provided in the LET ONLY option we fully manage the property for the duration of the tenancy. We will collect and process the rent each month, deal with any maintenance issues that arise, liaise with tenants, answer their inquiries and carry out interim inspections on your property to ensure standards are being maintained.

When Landlords use our Full Management service we include a Free annual Gas Safety Certificate.
